You must not talk back to those of a senior position and you must be able to follow orders absent questions or complaint.
8 – Loyalty
Loyalty is almost certainly, one of the most important principles required in a Royal Household. working in such a setting is not just a job, it’s a lifestyle. You must embrace the position and take great pride in serving your Royal Family. Loyalty means acting accordingly, respecting their privacy and being honest in everything that you do.
9 – Accountability
You must take full responsibility for yourself and your actions. Whilst you will likely answer to someone, you must be able to react and adapt on your own. It’s about being able to carry out your duties without having to be told what to do. You must own your own role and go above beyond at all times, exceeding expectations. Additionally, being accountable for your actions should you make a mistake; take responsibility for it and react accordingly.
10 – Humility
And of course, when working in a Royal Palace you must be humble about the position that you are in. It’s about looking at the bigger picture and understanding that you are a part of something far greater than yourself. Knowing that you are a great importance, but that you are still bound by your duties and must do so with passion and precision.
