Why is hiring a nanny through a agency crucial for safety?

Hiring a nanny through a professional domestic agency is crucial for your child’s safety because the agency conducts thorough background checks and a detailed selection process, eliminating the risks associated with hiring independently. Royal Maison ensures that all nannies are vetted, reliable, and fully prepared to provide safe and caring childcare, giving you complete peace of mind.

The rigorous nanny screening process at our domestic agency

At Royal Maison agency, the safety and well-being of your children are our top priority. That’s why we have developed an exceptionally rigorous and multi-layered screening process for every nanny candidate before recommending them to your family.

This is not just a formality, but the foundation of our promise to you. Here’s how our domestic agency ensures that every nanny meets the highest standards of reliability and safety:

  • Background checks: Every candidate undergoes a thorough criminal background check to ensure there is no history that could compromise a child’s safety. This is a standard practice at our domestic agency.
  • Reference checks: We contact previous employers and verify professional recommendations. This allows us to gain insight into the nanny’s experience, reliability, and past work, which is essential for any reputable domestic agency.
  • Medical tests: All candidates must undergo mandatory medical examinations to confirm their good health and ability to care for children. This includes relevant tests for infectious diseases, all in accordance with UAE regulations. Our agency insists on this.
  • Psychological assessments: Through professional psychological evaluations, we assess the nanny’s emotional stability, maturity, and ability to handle stressful situations while providing empathetic care. This is a unique aspect of the screening process conducted by our domestic agency.
  • PCR tests: In accordance with current health guidelines, PCR tests are mandatory for all candidates, providing an additional level of safety for your family. Royal Maison cares about your health.
  • Verification of document authenticity: We thoroughly check the validity of all personal documents, visas, and work permits to ensure that all candidates are legally authorized to work in the UAE. This is an essential part of the operations of every responsible domestic agency.

Legal framework and protection provided by the domestic agency

Royal Maison takes care of the entire legal framework for their employment in the UAE. We understand that legality and transparency are essential for your peace of mind. Our agency handles the entire visa process and ensures all necessary work permits and legal documentation for the nanny. This means you don’t have to worry about administrative procedures, effectively eliminating potential legal issues.

Through Royal Maison, everything is transparent and compliant with the law. Additionally, our domestic agency drafts clear and comprehensive contracts that protect the rights and responsibilities of both parties – the parents and the nanny. These contracts specify working hours, salaries, responsibilities, and procedures for resolving any potential disputes.
